I offer face-to-face, online via Microsoft Teams or telephone counselling sessions.
I am available for one off, short-term or long-term counselling. Some limited fortnightly sessions available.
Remote sessions not limited to local area, available to anywhere in the UK.

(I’m afraid I do not offer couples counselling at the moment)

Fees

This is an opportunity for me to briefly understand what brings you to counselling and for us to see if I am the right counsellor for you.

Please be assured there is obligation to commit to counselling sessions if you do not feel drawn to working with me.

Having decided to work together:
Each 50-minute counselling session costs £50.00
In order to confirm each counselling session appointment, I require payment a minimum of 24 hours in advance of each session (via bank transfer).
I will share my full working agreement with you prior to the start of your therapy.

Your counselling sessions will generally be regular, at the same time, on the same day each week.
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. For sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged.
We are all uniquely different, as such each persons counselling sessions will also be different. This includes how long you may want to continue having therapy. I will work with you for as long as you need and for as long as you feel the therapy is helpful and beneficial.

I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays in the daytime and evenings. On Wednesdays I work in the mornings with some early evening sessions subject to availability.

I currently offer face-to-face sessions in central Trowbridge. Please note disability disclaimer: The therapy rooms in Trowbridge are on the first floor and involve 1 flight of stairs (15 steps). There is no lift. There are a couple of additional steps along the corridor. Toilets available.
