I have worked within the NHS in a wellbeing role as a Wellbeing Supporter, providing confidential 1 to 1 support to ambulance staff. This role has given me an understanding of the issues faced by frontline staff.
Prior to this I worked as an Inclusion Coach within third sector community mental health services, supporting adults 16+ experiencing feelings of isolation and living with a wide range of mental health conditions.
I have also been a Volunteer Support Buddy within a domestic abuse charity.
Before all of the above and many moons ago, I have a design background, specifically ceramics and surface pattern design.
As a registered member of the BACP I commit to regularly engaging with CPD opportunities. This ensures I stay up to date with the latest advancements and knowledge in the counselling profession. This commitment allows me to continually update my skills and provide the highest quality support to my clients.
